8. Pending Bookings and Ongoing Services

Depending on the stage of the booking, Saral Pooja may process the service before completing the account deletion request or may ask you to cancel or complete the booking first. This helps avoid disruptions, payment disputes, or inconvenience to the assigned pandit or service provider.

9. Refunds After Account Deletion
Deleting your account does not affect your eligibility for a refund if you are otherwise entitled to one under our Refund Policy.
Where a refund has been approved before or after your deletion request, Saral Pooja may process the refund using the original payment method or another legally permitted method, even if your account has already been deleted.
Users are encouraged to ensure that their registered contact information remains accessible until all pending refunds, support requests, or disputes have been fully resolved.
10. Re-Registration After Account Deletion
If you choose to use Saral Pooja again after your account has been permanently deleted, you may create a new account using the registration process available at that time.
A newly created account will generally be treated as a separate account. Previous booking history, loyalty benefits, promotional rewards, saved preferences, profile information, and other deleted account data may not be restored unless retention is required by law or technically possible.
Saral Pooja reserves the right to refuse registration if a previous account was terminated due to fraud, misuse of the Platform, repeated violations of our policies, or any unlawful activity.
